Hello fellow Redditor’s I have finally decided to take the plunge and try to find what I am looking for here. I have not had luck with normal dating apps and figured there’s no harm in trying my luck with Reddit.

I am 44 male living in the mountains of Colorado and not looking to leave. My life did not turn out quite as I expected, I thought I had it all planned out, I met a wonderful woman, we got married had a kid and a wonderful life together, but suddenly that was all pulled away from me when I lost them in an accident when I was 25. I threw myself into my work and career as that was all I had left. It took many years but in my late 30’s I eventually started dating again but I have not been able to find the right woman for me.

I had planned on having a bigish family, I love kids and I grew up as an only child and wish I had siblings, so I never wanted to have just one child. Given that I wanted kids I dated younger women most of them either wanted to have their own career, were not ready of children or were just looking for a someone to spoil them. My dream is to find a woman in her 20’s to early 30’s who is ready to have a family with kids emphasis on the plural of kids, as I well established with my job here so you would either need to be local or willing to relocate to me. I believe that a husband should provide for his wife and kids. I also desire a wife who would be happy being a stay at home mom, I could never imagine having kids and then sending them off to a day care. Why have children if you do not want to spend time and care for them.

I will also mention that I have always had a slightly kinky dominant side and that has been more pronounced in my relationships with younger women as it just feels natural that as the older partner with more life experience that I take on a more dominant and guiding role. I am not into anything too extreme and we can discuss all that in more detail in private.
