30&31 Wife and I want more kids, willing to pay a significant amount to woman to live with us for a year to act as our “surrogate”we can’t quite get to the 🥖 for getting an agency surrogate, wife is OK with husband being the bull and not being a part of the “egg donation”

Would be willing to let you live with us rent free for one year. While we work on helping you conceive, we will also take care of health Insurance for that year and medical for the pregnancy.
Preferably Caucasian or lighter skinned, no drugs in the last year (marijuana being the only exception, no smoking cigarettes)
Would want to spend a little bit bit of time getting to know each other before moving forward
In the end you would receive compensation and our names would be on the birth certificate.
We live in an upper middle-class area. Not super familiar with rules on how we would create a contact to take off of Reddit but open to suggestions. ( sorry if this broke any of the sub rules, I really tried to stay within the bounds. But please let me know if I can update this)
