37 trans male (ftm). I am married to a woman and in an open, poly marriage. I am a year on T and coming up on what I know is the end of my fertile years. The combination of T, my own sexuality and the years have developed a huge breeding kink for me, a huge turn on of the risk of pregnancy and the actual thought of being swollen and pregnant are a major turn on.
