Colleague with baby fever dropping hints

Looking for some general advice. A good colleague I am collaborating with on a project keeps dropping hints of having major "baby fever" even though her and her partner are in a committed relationship.
I intend to play it by ear and see if she sends some more subtle cues. To say the least I find the whole prospect very hot.
