Post Body

Cleared every shrines. Tracked down every goddamned korok. Built Tarrytown. Had gotten the master cycle zero.

I stomped a mudhole in all the blights and then walked them bitches dry.

My daughter and I were due to move out because I got a better job.

Her son had a 2ds but didn't really "respect" save files. So I would let him play BotW on my Wii-U and my switch was off limits unless I was right there.

I had purchased BotW for him for Xmas. Also got him the expansions and the booklet. He was in 5th grade. As a gift, I was going to give them my Wii-U and games as a gift.

Was.

Out of spite due to me not being able to watch him on a girl's night out, and she thought my 15 year old was too young, she not only deleted the save data on the Wii-U and factory reset it, she did so to my switch, my daughter's 3DS, my PS4 and attempted to do it to my computer.

I was so royally pissed over everything but I held off fighting Ganon for everything just because I wanted to accomplish everything first and then savor the final moments during my next free evening.

I have since finished it all up and beaten the game but I still feel cheated.

I was sure to let her and the kid know what the plan was before she decided to be childish because she couldn't get her drink on.

My daughter is currently playing windwaker HD and laughing manically over something. So it works out I guess. But there is something vile as fuck about deleting save games

Hey now. My 4 year old royally pissed me off deleting my BOTW save file, but I don’t want him going to hell… maybe just a scare? Lol

Nintendo could fix this for everybody by letting us password lock profiles. But that would be too easy, apparently.

I’d agree most days πŸ˜‚

It did get me to buy him his own switch with breath of the wild though πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Dads switch is now strictly off-limits
