Thank you all for these amazing years of fun, content and memes

I got a switch last year and last week I bought BotW. I couldn't find the fun in the open world, as I'm an old school zelda player:

go dungeon > get item > defeat dungeon's boss with item > go dungeon etc

But yesterday I solved Vah Ruta and started fighting Waterblight Ganon. He one shots me and I'm not a good player (yet).

So I left the elephant and started walking, climbing, gathering resources. I even helped a guy get all her chickens back. I showed a selfie of me and the great fairy to another dude and he told me where to find my first memory.

And I get it. I'm having fun, trying to get korok seeds, farming items, going "That way!", wherever that may lead me. Now I understand why some of you claimed to have "over 300hs" or whatever. I was approaching the game from the wrong angle.

So thank you all, thank you nintendo, thank you everyone involved, I love this game and I haven't even started yet. I'm just talking to people, going here, there, everywhere

Like in life, except I have a glider and ice arrows.
