Help for implants

I got the VECTRA simulation images from my doctor and on one side my sternum to side measurement is 15cm and on the other side it’s 13.3cm, I have a underbust measurement of 32 inches. The implant size I went with is 550cc, I don’t think the doctors simulation software is that accurate. would it be too big for me? Attached is the motiva size chart
