I found the segment on the West Bank hospital raid cringe, and it was emblematic of my problem with Emily on the show. No one ever pushes back on her. Even Krystal smiles and says I disagree, where she'll go way too hard on the opposite end (cutting people off talking over people etc) on everyone else. I have yet to see how Emily's world view is populist. Emily saying people in the hospital were "terrorists embedded in civilian populations" was absurd. And why is she criticizing Biden on his Israel policy when she has given not a single explanation on where she disagrees outside of the general vagueness and disconnect between the US & Israel.
