I don't know how much discussion this post will create, but I just wanted to let this out somewhere.

I've been a huge BB fan ever since Phobia was released. I was super hyped when Dear Agony came out, and it was the first CD I bought with my own money. However, I didn't feel the same excitement about Dark Before Dawn. I think the whole Ben firing everyone thing left a sour taste in my mouth, and it kind of made me a little cynical about the album. I heard some of the singles and thought "alright, just the same stuff as always... cool I guess" and never really went back (except for when Never Again comes on, great song).

Then comes along Ember. My love for the band has become completely rejuvenated. Once again, I think it sounds the same as always, but I love it for that. And now I feel bad about not giving Dark Before Dawn a good chance.

So all throughout this weekend I've basically been enjoying two new Breaking Benjamin albums. :D
