Haha as a struggling college girl that’s a bit outside my budget but hopefully one day.
I do try to aggressively agitated it in the beginning but I’m on an electric stove so temperature control is hard. I feel like either slightly overcook the eggs like you see here or it’s running on the inside.. not fluffy and creamy… but runny.
I thought French omelettes were rolled? Damn YouTube lol
