This feels like a dumb question I probably know the answer to. But I think this subreddit will understand why I'm torn about this issue.

I had been building up what amounted to quite frankly a haul of gifts for my ex and his kids for his bday and Xmas - from different cities I went to. One gift is super specific to their family. Everything was bought with a lot of thought and care.

He broke up with me a week ago and now the presents are sitting in my place serving as a constant reminder.

I cannot take 99% of them back as they aren't from local stores, and it's so hard for me to think about handing them over to someone else. And I feel bad that the kids won't get my gifts.

However, I know that it's likely not right for me to still send him the gifts.

I'm still so sad. And now I have to deal with this..
