I need some other people's ideas about this because after such a long time I don't know anymore what to do. And I think it is physically and mentally affecting me.
Anyone else cannot forget their ex?
About 10 years ago I met a woman. Maybe we were immature at the time. I had to break off the relationship. I still stand by my decision.
I had many relationships before her. And since her I have been in a few long term relationships and a good amount of one night stands. Even almost married another woman I loved since then. So having other women in my life has not been the problem. Also I am a person that is very happy to be on his own. I don’t need to be in a relationship.
But I cannot forget her. And I really want to forget her so much. I don’t watch her social media. We don’t speak or see each other anymore. I don’t have pictures of her. Getting back together is impossible. Why is it too long to explain. But she is by far the one I loved the most. If I see something that reminds me of her I am broken for the rest of the day.
Just would like input from other people why I cannot seem to forget her.
