Today is exactly the 1 year mark since that breakup from my past 3 year relationship changed my life forever. Here are some of the things that have happened since then:

• 3 months after that breakup, I decided to move into another city. I rented out my house and moved into a very social apartment complex. A ton of young professionals, yoga and HIIT classes, nice amenities overall
• I overcame most of my major insecurities. I talked to a therapist every two weeks. I worked out consistently.
• I went solo traveling and traveling with friends. Amazing time.
• Made a good amount of friends and FWBs. I had around 10 amazing encounters/hookups since this major breakup.

Concluding remarks: I feel amazing confident and sexy. This breakup was the best event that happened to me in the past few years. No lies though, the magical experience and time that I had with this person was something out of a 90's Richard Linklater romance film. It was like a beautiful 3 year experience that now, is becoming a fading fond memory.
