it’s been just over 2 months after a 2 year relationship and I’ve finally made it a full week without crying. I contacted him once, about a month ago to take accountability for my role in the relationship falling apart and never heard back from him, so I blocked and removed him from everything and it’s been super refreshing. I literally lost 13 lbs in the first 5 weeks, had to take sleeping pills, and started Prozac because the whole situation fucked me up so badly (he was an alcoholic), so please trust me when I say it gets better! Spend time with family and friends, go shopping, paint, dance, journal, and eat good and you’ll forget all about the losers that never deserved you in the first place!
