Hello everyone, I hope you’all are doing well. I just wanted to share an advice with everyone in this community who’s going through a breakup with someone who they thought was the love of their life. You know that saying: “never go to the market when you’re hungry”, Please DO NOT install dating apps a week or a month or even 5 months after your break up, it’s a big mistake because what you’re basically trying to do is run away from the emotional damage you had from your break up by using someone else to help yourself forget your ex or your pain! Please don’t do this it won’t help you I guarantee it! What you really need is to face the pain, endure it, let it hurt, let it burn, cry as much as you want, scream as hard as you can, just face it and it will fade away with time I promise! And then focus on leveling up yourself to be a great lady/gentleman, and then when you actually feel like you moved on then you will go into your next relationship understanding exactly what you want. Don’t use someone else’s heart to heal yours, you are all what yourself need to heal, yes the wound is gonna be there, but it won’t hurt anymore! Stay strong fellas💪.
