Its been a month tomorrow for me, and I'm feeling a lot better, not crying anymore, I'm able to sleep, I'm eating. I've packaged all of her stuff up and moved it to the garage, I've deleted just about everything of her on all my media. I think about her, and the memories and it makes me sad but I am happier in a way rn then I've ever been in that relationship. I was so depressed everyday, long story short- looking back it was toxic and we didn't agree on a lot. I'm just wondering when you're supposed "to know" that you're over them, some people say you just wake up and don't care and other people say it's when you can go prolonged periods without thinking about them or getting sad? I'm just looking for other peoples experiences.
