So, its the first day where ive not spoken to my ex.

After a very very crap ending to the relationship. Won't go into too much detail but she betrayed me and left me when I needed her the most! However today is the first day ive been able to go without messaging her. Finally gaining self control and I hope I can keep it up! Hope to never reach out ever again! Wish me luck:)
