Having trouble sleeping.

I have ben having a lot of trouble sleeping since the breakup, I have ben using zquil for over month now pretty much daily, I’m a little worried about the consequences of this. Anyone know anything? I imagine a few of us can’t sleep. I’m probably not alone.
