Hello everyone. I need some advice. Me (m28) and my exgf (F21) broke up in October; it took me a couple months to get over it, she got into a rebound relationship instantly after breakup and it was not easy to endure, but I did. We signed a lease together 1 month before breakup so she’s a co-signer. She promised me she would be moving out with her new bf in January, but when the time came, she didn’t. She’s happy with how little we’re paying for rent divided between us and my sister, so she doesn’t wanna leave now. If I leave I’ll leave my sister with that lease, and if we both leave my ex gf won’t pay and we’ll all be evicted and have a bad record. I honestly don’t know what to do, I want her to leave but she doesn’t want to, it’s very toxic to live with an ex but apparently she doesn’t care.

Also, yes, my mom and sister live with us too, we’re paying rent divided by 4, my ex applied to some apartments but she doesn’t want to lose the cheap rent we’re paying now. I NEED ADVICE
