I recently went through a breakup, and even though I knnow it was the right decision, I can’t seem to stop thinking about my ex. We had a lot of good memories together, and it feels like every little thing reminds me of them. I’ve been tryinng to keep myself busy with work and hobbies, but it feels like there’s still this emotional weight I can’t shake. For those who’ve been through something similar, how did you deal with the constant reminders and the urge to reach out to your ex? Any advice on how to truly start moving on?
