I’ve been single for over a year now, but miss my ex some days more than others. Lately it’s been weighing on me a lot. I know I’m past the part where I should be over him and moving onto better things, but for some reason I’m just not. My ex has a new girlfriend and I’ve blocked him on almost everything to not see their posts and also so I don’t obsess and look at his page. But I haven’t blocked him on tik tok and he still looks at my page every now and again. I don’t know what this means and I worry it’s not good for my mental health, but why would he be looking? Especially if he has a new girl he’s so happy with? If I could talk to some people about this I’d really appreciate it. I just want to be happy and let go if he truly has too.
