Utterly obsessed with bagels!!

Ran out of everything seasoning though, barely managed to do one. Also did nigella seed, poppy seed, sesame seed and cacio e pepe. This is the Farmhouse on Boone sourdough bagel recipe with 30g water added (266g). Also I use egg white to stick my toppings on!
