Hi all, a 75 year old domesticated bloke here with around 12 months to go so I’m gorging myself with things I love while I can……and I love fruit breads!! I have a Breville Custom Loaf Bread Machine. I follow the recipes in the booklet supplied exactly but when I make something requiring dried fruit eg; hot cross buns, it requires a cup and a quarter of sultanas and a quarter cup of mixed peel, it fills the dispenser to overfilling to the point the lid can’t be closed…..is this normal? Am I stressing over something I shouldn’t be?
