My recent doctor's appointment showed me I have high cholesterol and am on the path to diabetes. I have made many different things in my machine, but I'm wondering if anyone has used a basic bread recipe and safely/successfully made bread. I know that baking can be a bit finicky and I'm afraid to outright replace different flours 1:1 knowing that I might have issue (also omitting eggs) so I'm wondering if anyone has come up with a good blend of flour? Everything I've seen online is "keto" and I'm not necessarily cutting out carbs, just trying to make bread with something other than whole wheat. Thank you!
