Lou super edit

So I have been thinking, it would be really cool to edit Lou’s super a little bit. I think that his super should be able to freeze water so he and his teammates can walk over it. His super already acts like ice so why not have it freeze water so he can cross. It would also help deal with eve and other brawlers that can get over bodies of water with supers like Darryl or edger, or with gadgets like carl. It also fits In with his whole freeze your foes with his snow cones.
