Supercell webstore tax

E.g. In the game store via app, if the purchases was reflecting 10 dollars, that would be what I'm paying for. However, when I try using supercell website to purchase, it reflects extra 9% tax. This seems odd as youtuber like kairo mentioned the value would be better via their webstore. Anyone facing this issue?
