Did cannon get nerfed in the past couple patches?

I’ve just gotten back into the game after pretty much a 2-3 month hiatus and hopping back on Lin Fei and Xull feels a little off with the cannon. I’m not sure if my consistency is just off but for some reason I find it a little hard to hit the same zero to deaths that I used to hit whenever I get the opportunity to before I stopped playing. Has there been any changes that have been detrimental to cannon?
