Damage to Super Trait (Primo, Jacky, Frank, Bull):
-Increased ability effectiveness from 2.4x to 2x of maximum health to charge full super
Edgar got his kit completely reworked:
*Both star powers are being replaced
Hard Landing -------> Detergent
Edgar's scarf had it's fibers strengthened and will increase his main attack range by 38%
Fisticuffs -------> Time Leaper
Edgar's passive trait now recharges automatically 10s faster

-Hardcore will now decay only 5% health per second but the shield is being decreased from 2000 to 1500
-Hard Landing will now be baseline with 1000 damage at base level, and it will charge his super
-Let's Fly was reworked. Instead of charging his super automatically faster, it will make Edgar's next super's maximum range 30% longer and fly speed 20% faster.
-Increased health from 2800 to 3200
-Increased main attack damage from 540 to 580 per punch
-Increased main attack life steal from 35% to 50% of damage (to compensate for the removal of Fisticuffs)
-Increased main attack range from 2 to 2.67 tiles
-Decreased main attack unload speed from 0.35s to 0.45s, this will affect the speed in between punches as well
-Decreased reload speed from 0.7s to 1s
-Decreased movement speed boost from super from 24% to 12%
Edgar was easily and inarguably the worst brawler in the competitive meta. He got countered way too hard by too many brawlers and his brain-dead playstyle would never work out in a game like Brawl Stars. He relied on his 2nd star power along with his 1st gadget to even be somewhat usable in 3v3s, and his 1st star power makes more sense as a baseline feature instead. He also revolved too much around his super, making gameplay experience unplayable for Edgar players in high level gameplay, unless he had his 1st gadget in hand. Nerfing the most toxic aspects of Edgar's kit, while buffing the rest, should allow for Edgar to be a much better/fun option, but will require more skill to use.
Regular Balance:
Shelly:
-Increased main attack damage from 300 to 320 per shell
-Fast Forward will now also provide a 25% movement speed boost for 4s
Once again, Shelly has fallen to the bottom of the pit after the removal of some of her most favorable maps. The newly added Vision Gear made matters even worse for her, and needed a buff. Hopefully this will make her more viable across different maps and modes, without making her too strong in low level gameplay.
Nita:
-Increased main attack damage from 880 to 940
-Increased super bear movement speed from 650 to 720 (Slow to Normal)
Although Nita was a living hell to face against in mid-low levels, she didn't do too well in the competitive scene except for Heist. Her damage was too low for how short her range was, and it was nearly impossible for her bear to deal any damage, and was best used as a meat shield instead. These buffs should help her and Bruce more in those 1v1 interactions.
Colt:
-Increased health from 2800 to 3000
Colt has been a little below average the past year or so. He wasn't seeing much usage outside of Heist and could use some love.
RIP Billy Kametz (Colt's voice actor) you will be dearly missed :(
Bull:
-Increased super dash speed by 15%
-Increased health from 5000 to 5200
Bull has been a very subpar brawler the past couple of years, and has mostly fallen under Supercell's radar. His super dash speed was too slow and could be countered by so many brawlers, and he struggled to get up close in nearly every 3v3 map and mode.
Jessie:
-Increased super turret projectile speed by 7%
Although Jessie was extremely overused in low ranks, she was underwhelming in the higher end of gameplay due to how avoidable her turret was. This will also be an indirect buff to her Shocky SP's bounce speed and her Recoil Spring gadget.
Poco:
-Protective Tunes was reworked. Instead of providing immunity from negative effects for 2s, it will now shield all allies within its radius by 20% for 5s. This stacks with other shielding abilities.
Poco's 2nd gadget was absolutely horrible and useless. This was easily the worst gadget in the game and provided almost no value except for select few instances in Power League.
Penny:
-Decreased main attack projectile speed by 6% (from 3390 to 3200)
-Decreased SCR from main attack pouch projectiles from 5 to 10 hits (initial projectile SCR isn't affected)
-Increased main attack damage from 940 to 1000
After her rework, Penny became one of the strongest brawlers in the game, primarily due to how incredibly easy it was for her to hit her main attacks and rapidly cycle supers due to this. Other than these things however, she dealt too low of initial damage for how slow her reload speed was.
Carl:
-Decreased main attack projectile speed from 3000 to 2800 (still faster than before the buff)
-Power Throw was reworked. Instead of providing a 10% projectile speed boost to his main attack, it will now provide a permanent 25% damage boost when the pickaxe is travelling forward. (Credits to u/Gadzu7425 for this one)
Carl in a nutshell, was absolutely broken. His very fast projectile speed along with his long range, and a wide attack width, allowed him to rapidly cycle super and completely obliterate enemies, especially with Protective Pirouette. Because his projectile speed was good enough on its own however, this made Power Throw quite useless and was hardly ever used anymore.
Jacky:
-Increased main attack damage from 1160 to 1240
-Added a 20% shield back to Jacky's super
-Increased Rebuild radius from 1 to 4 tiles
-Decreased SCR from main attack from 4 to 6 hits
Jacky was usable in a few bushy maps, but proved to be hot garbage everywhere else. Her main attack didn't deal enough damage on its own and made her overly reliant on her 1st Star Power, and her new 2nd gadget was completely useless. However, she was one of the best noob stompers in the game, and could easily cycle supers from clumps of teams and wipe them with little to no effort. The nerf should also ensure that noobs have to strategize more before rushing enemies.
Pam:
-Decreased Scrapsucker ammo drainage from 25% to 20% per projectile and consumption from 50% to 20%
Pam was one of the strongest brawlers in the game, primarily due to her busted gadget. Being able to leave opponents helpless with the tap of a button was absolutely ridiculous and had to be toned down.
Grom:
-Foot Patrol will now provide up to a 25% movement speed boost depending on how much super he has charged
-Decreased X-Factor damage boost from 30% to 25% extra damage
Grom's 1st star power was atrocious compared to the other and was almost if not ever used by anyone. The X-Factor star power on the other hand, was the obvious must-use and a nerf to this ability should establish more of an equilibrium between both Star Powers.
Bonnie:
-Decreased cannon main attack range from 9.33 to 8.33 tiles
-Decreased cannon health from 5200 to 4800
Bonnie was completely busted due to the lack of counters against her. Her cannon form was incredibly tanky, while having a very fast projectile speed and long range. Then she was able to launch herself onto enemies, dealing even more damage at close range. These nerfs should certainly make her more manageable in Clyde form (and by Janet and Stu XD), and less overpowered overall.
