You read the title, and the brawler I'm talking about is Jacky. She is arguably one of the worst brawlers in the competitive meta, but nobody seems to realize it other than the top players. With how long ranged, tanky, and aggro the meta is right now, she has so many counters. She deals too low of damage on her own (for her close range) and doesn't have enough HP. She is also very reliant on her Counter Crush star power, which is the only attribute compensating her from that devastating damage nerf back in September of last year. Since then, she has dropped significantly to the point where she is only usable on bushy maps. However, since her last changes, I have came to realize just why Supercell would nerf Jacky when she wasn't even too OP in competitive ranks. She was broken as a noob stomper. The super rework must have made it to where Jacky could easily use her super on clusters of enemies, and team-wipe them with little skill with much more notable ease. Speaking of skill, she arguably has one of the lowest skill cap mechanics in the game. The sheer simplicity of Jacky's mechanics is so simple that you almost never have to aim with her. She has a 360 angle main/super attack, making combat all but skillful, especially in low ranks where players don't know how to counter tanks nearly as easily as compared with high ranked matches. With all of this said, she cannot be just buffed, as in mid-low ladder, she already succeeds very well. What I would propose is that Counter Crush be implemented into her base kit and replace it with a new SP, her health be buffed, and super charge rate to be nerfed. The decreased super charge rate would ensure that she won't be nearly as problematic in low trophies as she is now. Jacky players won't be able to pull full teams as quickly, and will require them to strategize a bit more.
