Note: I am NOT ranking these gadgets as there are no contributors thus far, but I am giving a fully stated opinion about each of these individual gadgets. So please don't take this down for rule 8 as it is, and I repeat, NOT a tier list.
Pam:
OK, from just looking at gameplay, I can easily tell that this new gadget is going to be at least somewhat BROKEN. It only takes 4 of her tiny projectiles to drain the enemy's ammo from 3 to 0 and there are 9 projectiles total in one of her normal attacks. I think it will be especially broken against brawlers with very slow reload speeds like Piper or Mortis. I think it will definitely need a nerf in the near future but only time will tell.
Gale:
This gadget radius seems a bit too small in my opinion, but it might be incredibly useful for blocking certain, smaller gaps in 3v3 modes (and sometimes showdown depending on the map). I think it will be amazing against tanks and will be a very solid choice. I would honestly prefer this gadget over his first.
Sandy:
This gadget seems like its going to be very fun but often times toxic to play especially in Brawl Ball. It can be a very useful gadget against brawlers with delayed attacks like Frank and Bibi. I think it may need some nerfs in the future but we will have to wait and see.
Edgar:
Although it looks like its going to be a good gadget in close ranged combat, it doesn't seem to have much value compared to his other gadget which is broken in Showdown. I think it can be OK in certain scenarios if timed correctly, but even then, I would still prefer Let's Fly. I don't think this gadget should decay overtime as it covers one of his largest weaknesses, his low HP. This gadget certainly needs to be buffed in one way or another.
Ruffs:
I don't have much to say about this gadget except its likely going to be terrible. The delay is WAY too long and the damage is WAY too low as it can very easily be avoided. I have no doubt that this gadget will receive major buffs in the near future.
Leon:
I think this is going to be the most solid gadget out of all of the 10 new ones. It provides support for allies, it can be placed behind walls and work simultaneously, and it seems like a much more viable option than his 1st gadget.
Lou:
Honestly, I can't safely assume exactly how good this gadget is going to be in competitive gamemodes. If I made a hard guess right now, I would say that this gadget is fairly "solid" (haha get it?). But all jokes aside, I believe that this is going to have a substantial impact on matches because it you pair it with his Supercool star power, you can makes some insane plays with this ability.
Spike:
I don't think this is going to be the best gadget by any means whatsoever, but this gadget can provide a whole lot of value. The fact that it can tank some damage AND heal yourself and allies, will make it an amazing support tool for your team/duo. I don't think its too weak or overpowered and I would safely say that this gadget will be balanced.
Stu:
I don't have much to say about this gadget, but I think that in the right hands, it can provide insane value. It might require some skill to master however (that applies to me too XD) so I might practice in the training cave or in friendly games. I would probably say that is better than his Speed Zone gadget but it might depend on your playstyle.
Rico:
This gadget looks like a TON of fun to play. You can bounce each of his shots up to like 5 or 6 times and it heals 300 PER BOUNCE. I think it might be a little too strong and may need to be nerfed slightly, but I think this is going to be a very great pick and is significantly better than his first gadget.
