What do you think about Mortis Tara and Mr.p in the meta? Who is the best? who is the worst?

Mortis is 50% in the balanced side in my opinion, I get assassinated by Mortis so often and I do assassinate with him.

He is c tier at 3v3 in my opinion and maybe b-a tier in Solo as and d in duo. (This is what I think, I am a showdown addict so I don't really focus in 3v3 and duo)

Tara... I feel like she is getting weaker whenever another brawler comes out, the last 7 brawlers (including tick) are good counters and I am sure brawlball is not her home again, don't talk about Tara against my opinion unless you have a 750 Tara. Tara is one of the most map specific brawlers I have ever seen, and doesn't mean that I main tara that I am saying extra, I think she needs some sorta health or speed buff. Why? She is that type of a shotgunner and ninja style brawler.

Mr.p Just sucks.... His gadget made him all the way down. And 4s for another turret to respawn is too much, make them less like.. 3.3s
