Preface:
There have been several abilities throughout the game which the brawler entirely depends on, or is atrocious no matter how you look at it. Some of these abilities have been neglected for years on end, and even forgotten about altogether. I understand that the developers recently cited lack of time and resources as to why they don't address most of these abilities, but it's been such a long time that these abilities have been buried six feet under. With the sheer amount of changes I will be proposing, I absolutely do not expect all of these changes to be implemented in one update, but rather overtime:
*Also, I must add that these changes (mostly) disregard the brawler's overall current strength in the metagame.\*
Gears:
Pet Power:
-Now also boosts the health of the pet, but the effectiveness was decreased from 20% to 15%
Thicc Head:
-Decreased head health boost from 1000 to 800
Sticky Spikes:
-Decreased slow boost from 50% to 35%
Lingering Smoke:
-Increased super duration boost from 1s to 1.5s
Exhausting Storm:
-Increased damage reduction from 10% to 15%
Sticky Oil:
-Increased slow effectiveness from 10% to 15%
Gadgets:
These Gadgets will now have added Super Charge:

T-Bone Injector:
-Increased health recovery from 1500 to 2000
Rocket Laces:
-Increased damage from 500 to 1000
Protective Tunes:
-Increased duration from 2s to 3.5s
Grow Light:
-Bushes spawned by this ability now regenerate automatically 10s after being destroyed
Satchel Charge:
-Decreased stun duration from 1.5s to 1s
Mine Mania:
-Now affects every main attack for the next 6s but the additional mine count was decreased from 3 to 2
Last Hurrah:
-Decreased damage from 1000 to 800
Extra Credits:
-8-Bit's next attack will now fire 18 total bullets in a 30° cone like Pam's main attack and will fire in a zig-zag pattern. Additionally the unload speed of this attack will be increased by 50%
Multiball Launcher:
-No longer works at point-blank range on targets such as the Heist safe
Recoiling Rotator:
-Increased unload speed by 25%
-Increased damage from 400 to 700 per projectile
Flying Hook:
-Carl's next main attack range will now be reduced by 52% upon activation
Rebuild:
-Increased effective radius by 150%
-Jacky will now also heal 400 health for every obstacle restored
Kooky Popper:
-Decreased damage from 1400 to 1000
Soul Switcher:
-Reworked to where Gus will now lose 33.33% of his soul charge in exchange for one ammo. He will no longer lose any health upon activation.
Super Totem:
-Increased SCR boost from 50% to 75%
Tripwire:
-Decreased explosion delay from 1.5s to 0.75s
Auto Aimer:
-Now targets and staggers between every enemy brawler within the radius
Pulse Modulator:
-Increased healing from 1200 to 2000
Scrapsucker:
-Decreased ammo gain per projectile from 50% to 25% of total ammo bar
-Decreased enemy ammo removal from 25% to 20%
Active Noise Cancelling:
-Increased duration from 1.5s to 3s
Piggy Bank:
-Decreased explosion delay from 3s to 1.5s
Coin Shower:
-Griff's next main attack SCR will also be increased by 33%
Crash Test:
-Increased dash range and speed by 20%
Psychic Enhancer:
-Increased duration from 4s to 8s
Vengeful Spirits:
-Increased damage at maximum range from 1000 to 1800 per missile
Phase Shifter:
-Decreased shield from 100% to 75%
Sneaky Sneakers:
-Reworked to where Max players can now manually choose when to teleport back to the initial activation coordinates by tapping the gadget button a second time. There will be a projected 8.67 tile radius from where the gadget is activated, and if Max crosses that boundary, she will be automatically teleported back with a gadget consumed. She will still recover to the amount of health she had at the time upon activation.
Porter Reinforcements:
-Porters spawned by this ability will now deal the same amount of damage as a regular porter
-Increased gadget porter health from 700 to 800
Windup:
-Now also increases Squeak's next main attack projectile speed by 50%
Residue:
-Decreased duration from 10s to 4s
-Increased radius by 25%
Defense Booster:
-Increased shield from 40% to 50%
Popping Pincushion:
-No longer works at point-blank range on targets such as the Heist safe
Life Plant:
-Decreased cactus health from 1750 to 1500
Clone Projector:
-Now also mimics Leon's attacks only dealing half of the regular damage output and charging none of his super, however. The clone will have the same attack AI as bot players of the same match level, but the movement patterns will remain unchanged from how the clone was previously.
Sleep Stimulator:
-Decreased full rejuvenation delay from 1.5s to 1.25s
Dancing Flames:
-Reworked to where the flames will be staggered in a linear manner along an increased 6 tile radius, 2 tiles from one another from Amber. The flames will still be placed in the same areas, encircling her like before.
Tool Box:
-Doubled effective radius (increased by 100%)
Spring Ejector:
-Increased spring launch range from 6 to 9 tiles
Power Shield:
-Decreased ammo gain from 2 to 1
-Increased duration from 2s to 5s
Na-ah!:
-Increased damage boost from 1000 to 1500
Gotcha!:
-Decreased healing per attack from 80% to 50% of damage
Ice Block:
-Increased duration from 1s to 1.5s
-Lou will now be able to move while the shield is active, but still cannot attack.
Air Support:
-Increased damage from 700 to 1000 per rocket
Reverse Polarity:
-Now also provides a 50% damage boost if the projectile bounces
Chill Pill:
-Decreased maximum healing from 2500 to 2000
Stunt Double:
-Increased Lola/Clone healing from 1000 to 1500
Motherly Love:
-Increased healing from 300 to 600 per second
Dormant Star:
-Cil will now have a 1.67 tile activation radius around him if he lies dormant
Pulse Repellent:
-Sam's next knuckle-busters will also knock enemies back in its pathway, and not just at the maximum range of the projectile.
Utility Belt:
-Increased initial healing from 750 to 1000
Slo-Mo Replay:
-Reworked to where Buster will no longer pull enemies, but the slow effectiveness was increased by 40% and the duration from 2 to 3s (Buster will need to be compensated with significant buffs as a result of these changes).
Caramelize:
-Increased slow duration from 2.5s to 3.5s
In Line:
-Doubled projectile size
-Increased damage from 500 to 1500
Poison Mushrooms:
-Decreased silence duration from 1.5s to 1s
