Did the show/producers set it up? It makes no sense for Teresa to bring that guy to expose Melissa’s stripper past after making amends with everyone. The bald guy talking to Kim D at the hair salon looked so forced and again when he approached Melissa at the show. Even Melissa’s reaction, pretending to only know his face but didn’t know how she knew him, did not feel genuine. One call and Joe shows up immediately to fight with Kim D. It feels like they needed a fight for the finale. I don’t know why Teresa took the heat for this “set up.”
