Dear all,

Now that I have returned home I felt it necessary to expressed my deepest thanks to all in this community, and especially to those who in any way made my Braves experience so awesome!

Everyone here made me so welcome when I first dipped my toe into Braves country, that I instantly felt at home. So many of you lent a hand and passed on advice, and that really helped.

The Day itself was awesome! I got my hat, had a burger at the chophouse, saw the Braves smash the Philthy Phillies and had a truly immense time.

/u/burmp was my Game Day partner, he came and drove me to and from my hotel, and answered all my questions regarding the game. Thanks to his patience and knowledge I now genuinely have a pretty good understanding of the game.

The Braves for ABSOLUTELY CRUSHING THE PHILLIES! I was stoked to be going to the game anyway, but was primed to expect a 2-1 type score. Wood had a real solid game and La Stella's Double was awesome!

Seriously it was a wonderful experience from start to finish! I am now a committed lifelong Braves fan. I managed to catch most of the first three games against the marlins, so have become more familiar with the rest of the team but also defeat. I will do my best to check in often and follow the team from here on out.

Y'all rock and I loved the south!
