How do you find a Brat?

*sigh* There will be times I look back on this post and think why did I bring this upon myself....

I'm (M23) new to BDSM as a whole but I am heavily drawn to the Brat/Tamer dynamic. Kept on your toes and pure chaos at times. I'm from the UK and a lot of stuff I see seems to be US based. What's a good way to meet people in the community, so I can get to know some people and if I click well with anyone see where it goes? Also just meet people in the community to learn from and pick up useful info. Anything helpful is much appreciated, and if you're a brat you can have 1 free VLR from myself :)

Edit: this is a genuine post, would like to know how you met people from within the community and even how you met your s/o.
