Im currently single but i still want to share what i love about the brat dynamic. Both my prior brats i had have been quite intelligent its a pattern that i observed quite often when dating brats. This makes the intellectual battle about rules and teasing super fun and challenging. When a brat tries to be taken seriously but comes up with an absurd take on an argument just for the sake of arguing(they did that knowingly that their Argument was absurd). The surprise in their face when bratting has a consequence but also the deep love they express trough crazy energy spikes around you Cuddle attacks and their ability to always fall asleep in your arms when watching TV.

I like it that both parties have to be active in order to make it work. Sure i will make sure everything is within healthy limits so we dont succumb to pure madness and chaos but without you bratting around there is no initial spark to start the whole dynamic. While you are the fuel im the driver. The car will only go if both parties are present. Strange metaphore but i like it.
