SEASON SYNOPSIS:

Episode 1 – The season begins with our 16 new players being stranded on the western coast of South America, deep in the Peruvian jungle near the amazon river. This season, the players are divided into two tribes based on their gender. With the women on the Aymara Tribe and the men on the Shipibo tribe. At the first immunity challenge of the season, the men come out on top, winning both immunity and reward. Back at camp, Belle’s injury from the challenge is treated and she is cleared to continue in the game. Sasha asks Kelsey to pull her weight around camp and help with building the shelter which gets under Kelsey’s skin and the two argue. At Shipibo, things aren’t going very well either. Malik and Ryan have a small disagreement over food rations. Mr. Johnson and Joe both have separate meltdowns as they struggle to adapt to their new circumstances and living conditions. Tribal Council – Lucy, who had not had enough time to form any genuine connections in the tribe finds herself on the chopping block. Kaylee and Lucy decide to vote for Belle who they view to be weaker than the two of them. However, all the other women vote for Lucy who they just didn’t for a relationship with yet. Lucy leaves by a vote of 6-2.

Episode 2 – The men win their second immunity challenge in a row. Back at the Aymara camp, Kaylee feels like she is in trouble after being on the outside of the vote at the last tribal council. She attempts to get in with Jessica who she views as an influential part of the tribe. Jessica and Kaylee get along quite well and the two of them approach Kelsey and Isabella and form a 4-person alliance. They consider Isabella to be very smart and Kelsey to be a strong and bold player. At the men’s camp, Mr. Johnson does his best to improve his relationship with his tribe after his public outburst, which does work to an extent. Ryan is proving his worth to the tribe by working hard around camp, which makes Brady and him bond a little. The younger guys all get together and decide to form a 4-person alliance (Arjun, Brady, Franklin & Malik). Tribal Council – Gertie and Yua, as the two oldest members of the women’s tribe find themselves in danger. The two of them try to prove their worth and convince the others to keep them. The tribe is more convinced by Yua’s methodical and calm approach to her plea rather than Gertie’s all over the place loud speech. Gertie ends up being voted out by a vote of 6-1.

Episode 3 – Desperate for a win, the Aymara tribe fight their best to win the challenge. Unfortunately, this does not work, and the men win both the reward and their third straight immunity challenge. Feeling like she is in danger after the last tribal, Yua approaches Belle and tries to bond with her. The two of them really like one another and end up becoming friends. Yua suggests that the two of them and Sasha form an alliance as Sasha and Yua are both on the outs. Belle now finds herself conflicted and in the middle of two alliances going into the next tribal council. At Shipibo, Brady and Malik bond more and strengthen their bromance. Brady’s social game is shining through as he also creates a side alliance with Arjun, separate from the young guy’s alliance, in case anything was to go wrong within their alliance. Joe, who isn’t used to interaction with so many different personalities and people, goes off on Ryan who he thinks is being fake due to how quiet he is. Ryan is very upset by this. Tribal Council – After her conversation with Yua, Belle decides to flip on her original alliance and vote for Kaylee with Yua and Sasha. This causes a 3-3 tie with 3 votes for Kaylee and 3 votes for Yua. After the revote, none of the girls are willing to sway. A lot of tension and stress is caused by this. With Jessica and Kelsey getting extremely frustrated and bitter about the situation. Yua and Sasha are happy that they have a fighting chance. Since nobody switched their vote, Belle, Jessica, Kelsey & Sasha are forced to draw rocks. In the end, it is Kelsey who draws the white rock and must leave the game. She curses as the walks out.

Episode 4 –>! Shipibo win their 4th immunity challenge of the season. After an explosive and shocking tribal council, the women prepare for their 4th tribal council in a row, their morale is low, and they are starting to get frustrated. At the men’s tribe, Mr. Johnson is still adamant on improving his relationship with his tribe. Unfortunately, this causes him and Malik to get into a fight as Malik sees through it and thinks Mr. Johnson is being fake. Arjun and Brady add Malik to their alliance and recruit Joe as their side alliance member. Now Arjun, Brady and Malik are part of two 4-person alliances: one with Frank and one with Joe. Meanwhile, Joe has a meltdown on his own as he struggles with missing his family. Tribal Council – Jessica and Kaylee attempt to convince Belle to vote with them, despite this, Belle does not budge. Yua, Sasha and Belle all vote for Kaylee, this time there is no tie however and Kaylee leaves by a vote of 3-2, leaving Jessica all alone vs an alliance of 3.!<

Episode 5 – With the women losing 4 immunity challenges in a row and the tribes being at a ratio of 8-4, a twist is unleashed. The youngest members from both tribes are sent to an oasis for a retreat. These two members are Jessica and Malik. At the retreat they find out that they have been given the responsibility to pick the new switched tribes. The two of them make their choices and the new Aymara and Shipibo tribes are born, and the game starts anew. At the new Aymara tribe, Bella and Jessica, two former allies are now the only two women on the tribe, will they repair their relationship? Arjun, separated from his closest allies Malik and Brady is now left with Joe, who he is also aligned with but only considers him a number. Also on new Aymara, Joel and Ryan, who both have had a hard time bonding with their previous tribe members. At the new Shipibo tribe, Sasha and Yua are the only women, the two of them have managed to get out of the minority on their previous tribe, perhaps they can do it again. Brady, Franklin and Malik are all working together and the three of them make up ½ of the new Shipibo tribe. Mr. Johnson finds himself with no allies, despite his attempts to impress his former teammates. The new Aymara tribe wins immunity. At camp, Jessica has a meltdown as she worries about being in the minority once again. Joe leaves his alliance with Arjun, Brady and Malik as he has nothing in common with Arjun and doesn’t see the point of it. At Shipibo, Mr. Johnson continues to rub the boys the wrong way and argues with Brady. Tribal Council – Things come to a boiling point as Brady, Frankie and Malik finally have the chance to target Mr. Johnson. Yua and Sasha follow suit. Mr. Johnson leaves by a vote of 5-1.

Episode 6 – Aymara tribe win immunity yet again! At Aymara, Jessica’s attitude is starting to cause more problems as she argues with Joe who is having none of it. Arjun, in an attempt to get Joe to still be loyal to him decides to help Joe calm down after the disagreement and takes his side. At Shipibo, Frank and Sasha start to bond and the two of them find a lot in common. This causes a rift between him and Malik, the two of them get into a disagreement regarding who they should vote for at tonight’s tribal council and can’t reach a conclusion. Tribal Council – Sasha asks Frank to vote for Malik, while Malik and Brady insist that he sticks with them and gets rid of Yua. Frank is very conflicted as he likes Yua Sasha but wants to stay loyal to his alliance that he has had since day 1. In the end, he reluctantly decides to stay with his alliance and Yua is voted out by a vote of 3-2.

Episode 7 – The two tribes are now merged. They will now be called Aguaruna, wearing blue buffs. Brady wins the very first individual immunity challenge. At camp, tensions are rising before the very first merge tribal council. Jessica confronts Sasha as she still holds resentment towards her after blindsiding her allies. Joe continues to rub the other players the wrong way, this time getting into a disagreement with Belle over sleeping arrangements in the merged camp. Frankie is impressing the other players with his social game. With Yua gone, Belle and Sasha find themselves growing apart. Franklin starts a coalition against the dominant alliance of Arjun, Malik and Brady who he considers a threat, despite being aligned with them. A secret alliance is formed between Bella, Jessica, Sasha, Frankie, Joel and Ryan. Tribal Council – Tensions are high at the first merged tribal council. Joe is targeted by almost everyone, due to his bitter attitude and not so great social game. Arjun, who previously had a bonding moment with Joe, decides to throw him a pity vote, however his closest allies might not be pleased with that. Joe leaves by a vote of 8-2.

Episode 8 – Malik wins individual immunity! The rivalry between Jessica and Sasha continues, despite being mostly one sided. The two of them argue again. This causes Sasha to leave the secret alliance of 6 as she doesn’t want to work with Jessica who she considers to be a bad person and a bully. Tribal Council – After Sasha left the 6-person alliance, Jessica insisted that the remaining 5 vote for Sasha, who she is sick of her being around and considers her a traitor. Frankie, who has grown to like Sasha, decides to save her. Frankie, Arjun, Brady, Malik and Sasha all vote for Joel together. This leaves Jessica, Belle, Joel and Ryan blindsided. Joel leaves by a vote of 5-4.

Episode 9 – Belle wins the third individual immunity challenge. Her resilience in the challenge impresses the rest of her tribe back at camp. They are also impressed with Malik who was very close to winning the challenge. Tribal Council – Despite Sasha and Jessica’s dislike towards one another, Belle, Frankie and Ryan decide that it is time to take a shot at the boys’ alliance. The three of them manage to convince Jessica and Sasha to work together and blindside Malik. Arjun, Brady and Malik are completely blindsided as Malik is voted out by a vote of 5-3.

Episode 10 – Sasha wins individual immunity! After the last shocking tribal council, Brady realises that Frankie has been playing both sides and ends his alliance with him. He attempts to convince Sasha to work with him. The two of them form a secret alliance. Sasha decides to play both sides. Tribal Council – Arjun and Brady attempt to target Belle in an effort to shift the tide of the game. Sasha votes with them, which confuses some of the players in the game. In the end. Arjun leaves by a vote of 4-3, with Belle, Ryan, Frankie and Jessica voting for him.

Episode 11 – Sasha wins her second individual immunity challenge this season! At camp, Brady and Sasha continue to bond as Sasha tries to improve her social perception in the tribe. Jessica has a major meltdown once again as she is frustrated by the untrustworthy nature of the players around her, calling them all fake. This causes Ryan to move away from her and leave the alliance that they have with Frankie and Belle. Tribal Council – At tribal council, the vote is divided with Frankie, Belle and Jessica voting for Ryan who left their alliance and the new alliance of Brady and Sasha recruiting Ryan to vote for Belle. The vote is a tie at 3-3. At the revote, Frankie decides he will flip as he trusts Sasha’s plan since the two of them are close, while Jessica also flips on her closest ally Belle and votes for her as she fears having to draw rocks for a second time this season. This results in Belle being blindsided by her alliance with a revote of 4-0.

Episode 12 – Ryan wins the individual immunity challenge. At the Aguaruna camp, Frankie decides to flip over to Sasha and Brady’s side. This causes Jessica to apologise to Ryan after realising that she has burned too many bridges in the game as an attempt to try and save herself from being voted out. Tribal Council – Jessica makes her final plea to save herself and convinces Ryan to vote with her for Sasha by making him feel bad for her. This is unfortunately not enough as the alliance of Brady, Frankie and Sasha all vote for Jessica. Sasha is very happy to finally see Jessica leave who has made her experience very difficult. Jessica leaves by a vote of 3-2.

Episode 13 – Sasha wins her third immunity challenge of the season! Frankie, Ryan and Sasha regroup their alliance, despite being in an alliance with Brady, Frankie and Sasha fear that he has too many friends on the jury and are considering getting rid of him as they don’t think any of them can beat him in the final 2. Tribal Council – Frankie and Ryan stick to the plan of voting for Brady, while Sasha is conflicted because she has formed a close bond with Brady and decides to give him a chance by causing the vote to be a deadlocked tie. Ryan and Brady must now face off in a tiebreaker fire making challenge. In the end, Brady loses the tiebreaker and must leave the game immediately.

Finale – Frankie, Ryan and Sasha prepare for the final immunity challenge of the season. All of them are prepared to give it their all to win the most important challenge of the game. In the end, Sasha pulls through and wins her 4th immunity challenge of the season. At camp, Ryan pulls Sasha for a chat and the two of them bond, he makes his final statement of why she should take him with her to the final 2. The decision weighs heavily on Sasha, so she decides to work hard around camp to distract herself, which causes her to become quite tired… Tribal Council – Sasha decides to stick with Frankie, who she has had a very close bond with over the course of the season. This means that Ryan is voted out with just one vote against him.

Frankie and Sasha arrive at the final tribal council ready to make their plea for why they should become the winner of Mack’s Survivor: Peru.

Frankie – Frankie has set himself up well from the very beginning of the game, being in a dominant alliance of 4 and then forming multiple alliances down the road to ensure his safety. He showcased his strategic and social prowess by staying on the right side of the vote many times, and even being a crucial part of many blindsides. His close bonds with Brady, Sasha, Belle and Ryan allowed him to get to this point in the game despite not winning any immunity challenges.

Sasha – Sasha started off on the bottom of the women’s tribe but her strategic and social game allowed her to take over that tribe with Yua. After that she found close allies in Frank, Ryan and Brady and manoeuvred the merge very cautiously, ensuring her safety when she needed to and even winning 4 individual immunity challenges. She had a rivalry with Jessica which she managed to come out on top of despite Jessica targeting her multiple times throughout the game.
