Over the weekend I woke up and my brain was all hazy. I was having some awful thoughts and also drank two cups of caffeine. Still had brain fog after drinking coffee. Relaxed at home all day, but to this day I still have brain fog. I was smoking marijuana and taking unisom sometimes to fall asleep, this has been on going for the past 2-3 months. I quit smoking cigarettes the day this began, ive also been drinking large amounts of water and changed my diet. I haven't drank any caffeine either since Saturday. I am thinking about getting some blood work done. Also I bought some omega 3 and a multi vitamin to take. Any thoughts or suggestions that would help?
