I'm really tired of this fatigue and brain fog. Please suggest something, ANYTHING, that I can try.
Post Body

I've struggled with anxiety, fatigue, ADHD, and brain fog for as long as I can remember. I am a 26-year-old male and the ADHD diagnosis is recent, but I believe it's something I have suffered from since I was in middle school. I'm currently taking an extended release of Concerta for ADHD and, while it seems to help, it doesn't really help my brain fog and I'm still dealing with fatigue.

I have trouble paying attention to conversations at work. I'll completely zone in and out while someone is speaking directly to me, which is really annoying when important things are being discussed. By the time I get home, I'm completely beat for the day. I could fall asleep right when I get home and sleep through the night if I allowed myself.

I want to live a normal life. I want to feel energy when I get home from work (I work a desk job by the way) at 5pm. I want this brain fog to disappear or at least be improved. My memory is also a struggle. Some things I can remember perfectly fine, whereas other things, like the small bits of conversations, I have to write down or I'll 100% forget them. I also tend to forget things I'm going to say in a conversation...like when someone else is finishing their sentence and you think of something you want to say, 30 seconds later when it's my chance to say what I wanted to say, I've completely forgotten what I wanted to say.

I've had blood tests, CT's, MRI's, and MRA's, none of which showed anything of significance. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
