What’s wrong with shoes shell?!!

I got a turtle last year in October and it’s been a struggle. I got advice on how to get him to eat a wider variety of insects. I give him d3 2x a week. I’ve been noticing something is going on with his shell. It looks like it’s cracking around the bottom and it dips in? The “cracking” has always been there when I look at pics of him in my phone but wtf is going on with him. 😭😭
Also ignore the dirt on the feeling tray.. I accidentally dropped the entire thing of worms inside the enclosure.
