Earlier today I saw a post regarding the Catterall-Taylor decision, responding against people who said it was the worst decision ever.

Also seen people responding to people who apparently said Charlo/Benavidez are the biggest threats to Canelo out of anyone he might fight.

Seen people respond to how ridiculous it is that people say Mayweather beat prime Canelo.

Seen plenty of people needing to respond against the idea that Jake Paul could beat high ranked cruiserweights or champions. What??

Who are saying these bad opinions that people are mad about? I could go on but you get my point. I don't see a bunch of people claiming that the Catterall-Taylor decision was literally the worst ever. Neither do I see people on this sub saying that Charlo and Benavidez are the most dangerous fights for Canelo, only that they're good/great fights. And neither do I see people saying that Mayweather beat the best version of Canelo, thats just insane.

I appreciate when people mention where they seen these hot takes like on facebook or youtube comments or LDBC something. But just saying it that without context leaves me confused like what?? On this sub, I haven't been seeing any of that hot take. Don't get me wrong there's plenty of hot takes on this sub too, but some of these are just not seen here. And its confusing.

What about you guys, have you encountered people responding to positions you feel like no one is taking? What strawmen do you see being taken down?
