Boxers you think don’t deserve the hate
Post Body

My two picks are Jake Paul and Dillian Whyte.

Most boxers don’t hate what Jake Paul brings to the sport, and I agree with them. At the end of the day professional boxing is entertainment. And some people hate on him for not training boxing since the age of 7 and doing the amateurs. Lmao What’s he supposed to do, go back in a time machine? The only legit reason to hate Jake Paul is his deplorable (some of it alleged) activity, yet you don’t see talk on that around too much. Probably because one of their favorite boxers did something shitty outside of the ring too.

Then there’s Dillian “the Villian” Whyte. I personally love watching this guy fight. He’s got good power and he takes good fights. When it comes to your only interaction with the guy being watching him on your TV or laptop screen you’d think how much you enjoy watching them would most important criteria for how much you like a boxer. Anyway, people shit on him for ducking Wallin. I think he ducked Wallin too actually. But I don’t blame Whyte for this. This is a case of “blame the game, not the player”. If Dillian Whyte does some fuckery to get out of a fight it’s up the WBC to make that stop. They haven’t done shit to stop things like this from happening and I blame them. He wants to make life changing money and I can’t blame him for not taking it. Can’t blame him for Eddie Hearn having rematch clauses either, if the fans and the joke of a sanctioning bodies allow it, he’s just doing business as usual. I don’t like how AJ had a rematch clause against a mandatory challenger Usyk, but I don’t blame AJ personally for that.

Who are your picks?
