Times styles did not make the fight
Post Body

Styles make fights. Boxers beat punchers, swarmers beat boxers, idk. When it comes to this, idksab. I actually want to learn more about the rule, by exception. What are some fights with two legit competitors where one overcame a style disadvantage? It doesn’t just have to be the kinda thing I mentioned above, it could be for example, a fighter known for having a style well at countering pressure losing to a pressure fighter. I’d also be interested in explanation on how they overcame that style disadvantage. But yeah, do any good examples come to mind?
