OTD 3 years ago, Shakur Stevenson defeated Jamel Herring by TKO in round 10 of 12 to win the WBO junior lightweight title. Stevenson becomes a two-division champion.

Shakur tries to fight the best fighters out there and he fought the best fighters at 130lbs. Tank doesn't and he's never fought the best in any division that he's competed in. That's the difference.

Leo Santa Cruz had just moved up to 130lbs. He'd get KO'd by De Los Santos if they fought at 135lbs. Ryan is a good win but the rehydration clause ruins it.
