So I just started back at the gym. I have always wanted to get into weight lifting but I do not know wtf to do, the techniques, the proper form, overall general intimidation and I need help. I am well aware you can watch YouTube videos and they have a trainer there but I want to have someone show me more in depth and in person. I wouldn’t be clingy and need to workout with you all the time. After I am shown the basics and am all good you wouldn’t have to hang with me anymore. Just curious if there is a fit guy that could help me out? Also, I am still overweight and have limp noodles for arms so I don’t even know if I could lift the bar even at first. Mainly just seeing if there is a fit bro out there that could help another bro out with form, technique, plan. I go to Planet Fitness btw. Thanks in advance.
