Typically a day after bowling (sometimes right after I'm done bowling), I'll experience a tingly numbing sensation in my thumb. If you're looking at your hand with your palm facing away from you, I'm experiencing the feeling in the right part of my thumb by the nail.
I do notice that my thumb hole is most likely too loose as I find myself gripping the ball a fair amount. I don't want to add tape as my thumb usually swells and sometimes starts sticking by my 3rd game on league nights.
Thumb hole sizing is something that I think is affecting my inability to hook my ball properly. Anyone have any advice for how the thumb hole should fit? I'm always scared if I make it too tight, I may not get out cleanly and if it's too loose, I'll keep dropping it.
