What size ball for me?

Howdy, iām looking to buy my first ball soon to hopefully join a league! I found a very gently used (only bowled one game) 15lb storm journey but I'm nervous about its size. I weigh 180 and have heard the "10 percent rule" but l've been trying to decide if 15 will be too heavy for me as I usually just mess around with the 6/8 lb house balls because of how easily they hook lol What weight ball do you usually throw? Pictures of the exact ball for reference I also have no clue what any of the stats mean!
