Discovered an old bovada account

So I just happened to come across some very very old information that shows I have an old account. Totally didn’t realize I had an account (played on too many different sites in the past). I am using a different account now. I checked out the old account and it’s disabled/deactivated, I guess from not being logged into for many years.

This shouldn’t be a problem with TOS right? It’s not like I have two active accounts, even though they both exist. I didn’t have any issue creating the account I’ve been using for a while now either.
