Team Seven Would Have Beaten Jigen. A breakdown of why Naruto lost thematically.

Post Body

Naruto looking back didn't beat a single person in the war with just Sasuke's help. Obito he needed help from all his friends. Kaguya he'd have lost without Sakura and Kakashi. A big difference highlighted between Naruto and Sasuke is that Naruto fights with others backing him. Thematically Naruto has Hokage has been taking on everything by himself. He didn't lose to Jigen due to power. He lost since Naruto wasn't fighting with his friends.

Recall Sakura being the reason they sealed Kaguya. She was much weaker but it was the Teamwork of the three friends resulted from the bond they shared that won the fight. It's thematically untrue that Naruto and Sasuke would have still lost if Sakura and Kakashi had been at the fight. Kakashi could have come up with a plan. Sakura is a tank who could stall. Perhaps she lands a sneak attack while he's distracted and knocks him into a jutsu.

The point is. Naruto and Sasuke would have won with help due to it being like. The entire message of the show. The reason Naruto was stronger than Sasuke. The reason they won the war.

Who was it that told Naruto not to do shit protect everyone alone shit.

Oh right?

Jigen won because we forgot Itachi's lesson.
