So randomly I started to think what the Hokage have in common and if Konohamaru is Hokage material at the moment

1) Famous Clan All except Minato and Kakashi came from a Famous Clan

✅ Konohamaru is from the famous Satutobi Clan

2) Lineage This kinda similar to Clans but different, all the Hokage are related to other Famous Shinobi except Minato and Hiruzen. Hashirama-Tobirama-Tsunade, Naruto-Minato, Kakashi-Sakumo

✅ Konohamaru is the grandson of Hiruzen the 3rd Hokage and Nephew of Asuma

3)Master/Trainer (Hashirama and Tobirama excluded) Hiruzen master was the 1st and 2nd hokage. Minato master was a legendary sannin. Tsunade master was Hiruzen. Kakashi’s was the 4th Hokage. Naruto’s was a sannin and 6th hokage.

❌ This depends on if you consider Naruto Konohamaru’s master. I don’t because he only taught him one jutsu and wasn’t his teacher for long

4)Legendary Moment/Skill Hashirama defeated Madara and lead Senju Clan, Tobirama defeated Izuna and created many jutsu. Hiruzen masters 5 chakra natures. Minato defeats 1000 shinobi via ftg and creates rasengan. Tsunade medical ninjutsu and battle against Hanzo. Kakashi copied over 1000 jutsu. Naruto defeated Pain and ended 4th war.

❌ I don’t think Konohamaru has any moments or specific skill.

5)Overall Power Don’t think I need to speak on the power of each of the Hokage. They were all very powerful

❌ At this point in time I don’t think Konohamaru has the overall power to match up at kage level.

So Overall I don’t think Konohamaru is at the point to become Hokage, yet he has the potential to be.
